Crashes the game when a trader with villager+workstation is added to bookmarks of MEI/JEI/REI #231

Bug description

Make a trader with a villager and a workstation. Level it up. Max one of the trades and lock it. Break the trader. Bookmark the trader. Look at the trader on bookmarks. Crash.

Steps to reproduce

Make a trader with a villager and a workstation. Level it up. Max one of the trades and lock it. Break the trader. Bookmark the trader. Look at the trader on bookmarks. Crash.

Expected behavior

Do not crash and show to tooltip.
