Trade cycle #239

Bug description

As a server admin playing atm 10 for some reason i cant cycle trades but normal players can i am still always in survival though.

Minecraft version

1.21.1

Mod version

1.1.19

Mod loader and version

neoforge 21.1.27

Steps to reproduce

click on the trader and youll get no arrow to cycle

Expected behavior

click and see an arrow

It seems that there is a mod installed that modifies the GUI. Please try if it happens without it. Or generally if it also happens without any other mods installed.
