When you pick up a grave and have Cosmetic Armor Reworked Forge installed the times will spill on the ground or be placed in random spots in your inventory.

If the items could be played in the slots they came out of.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Perhaps items coming from unknown slots could be dropped separately somehow. Because sometimes the player's inventory is full when he dies, and when picking up the grave, several items are left on the ground because before they were equipped in the mod slots.
Additional context
It's just a Quality of Life thing'. It's pretty annoying having to equip items every time the player dies
