Can't open port 24454

The port I'm using for the voicechat is the default port, I have not changed anything. I've port forwarded both my server (25565) and the voice chat port and disabled the firewall on my computer, the server port is open when I check it on https://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/ but the voice chat mod isn't, I've tried everything and I don't know what to do. I've made voice chat work before on my old router and that was easy and straight forward but this time it just isn't working for no apparent reason. I know this might not be an issue with the mod itself but I figured this is the best place to ask.
