Reworked Polish translation from the ground up #744

Given the large number of changes to the source translation strings since the last Polish translation update and the fact that some parts of it left much to be desired, I decided to completely redo the Polish translation from the ground up. Any similarity to the current Polish translation in your repository is just a coincidence.

I'm confident that this has significantly raised the quality of the Polish translation to a higher level. From now on, just like with other translations I maintain, I will generally try to keep this translation up to date as the Simple Voice Chat mod develops.

Note: This pull request depends on the changes from PR #743, and it's a hard dependency, unfortunately, as otherwise, users will see an enormous number of failed attempts, potentially even reaching the hundreds.
