Implement Nether chest variants for chests, barrels and storage barrels #3

Hi Max,

I've been playing around with Storage Overhaul in some pack development and noticed that the 1.16 versions had not yet added inventory types for the two new wood types.

Whether this was due to time or simply not wanting to add them I do not know. Nevertheless, I've gone ahead and done the code and English translation for these two wood types.

As I'm not really much of a texture artist I didn't feel I had the skill to create the textures and since I don't speak German or Chinese I cannot translate them into other languages.

I hope this in some way is of use to you. 😃

Glad to hear that. I've got another PR lined up shortly although it's a tad controversial so I'll see what you say once I've submitted it 😄
