Sculk still triggers while player is on a wool block. #11

When you are standing on wool Mojang intended your player to be quiet, so It'd fit(even tho it doesn't make sense), if you speak while standing on wool, you shouldn't emit sound to sensors/wardens.

That doesn't make sense with this mod.
