1. Use and Excel Sheet with Arabic Data

What is the expected output? Arabic Output
What do you see instead? Garbled Text

All Excel Sheets with Arabic Data give garbled output.

I think my patch in #31 should cover this issue as well.

Hi, pls give a look to the small program that i uploaded under defect 36. It is 
able 
to interpret arabic text using the standard version of the library without any 
patch.
