I needed this and it's working. I leave it here in case it serves any purpose on your project.

I just switched dependencies to the last dapper(the same version than the last dommel beta), the last dommel, and the target framework to .NET Standart 2.0. To be honest I don't know if there was already any branch with that. I needed this working without .NET framework
