What are these and why do I need them?:

  1. Private files
  2. Content bank
  3. Data retention summary

Answers to questions stated above:

  1. Put a file in the private files area if you want to keep it inaccessible to all other Moodle end-users. It will still be visible to the Moodle administrator
  2. The content bank is an area in Moodle where content (currently H5P content) may be stored, edited and created.
  3. This summary shows the default categories and purposes for retaining user data. Certain areas may have more specific categories and purposes than those listed here.

Permissions and structure.

  1. Why can't a course creator add a category?
  2. How am I able to enter a quiz question into the program?
