VASPsol Patch File for VASP 6.4.3 #88

Dear VASPsol developers,

I am working on compiling VASP 6.4.3 with VASPsol functionality added. Could you please provide the patch file for this edition of VASP that addresses the M_sum_s and FERMISHIFT subroutine issues as given in Issue #43? The patch file provided at the end of the issue does not seem to be compatible with VASP 6.4.3.
