Won't work with Maverck

!!! IF YOU'RE GOING TO CREATE A DEFECT REPORT (not FR), PLEASE, ATTACH
AN OUTPUT FROM "sudo dmesg".

!!! Describe your problem in details - it is impossible to reproduce
something like: "it turns on randomly"

P.S.: Actually I'm not bad:) - CAPS is only for visibility. And please,
remove non-relevant text from the tracker.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Unplug Power cable
2.Close lid
3. laptop goes to sleep

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
(if you don't know how to get a version number, enter "kextstat|grep -i
nosleep" in Terminal.app, without quotes)

Please provide any additional information below.
I reinstalled ver 1.33 but it still does the same thing. When it comes out of 
sleep mode, it stays on for 10 seconds and goes to sleep. I have to lift the 
lid and try again. Same thing happens everytime. I cannot get my laptop to not 
go to sleep since upgrading to Maverick. Before that the software worked 
excellent.
