xls file support full rgb color. #169

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. enter "abc" in cell A1
2. set font color of A1 several times.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expected:font color change to  same color code as choosed
result:Font color changed, but not the same color as choosed.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

For xls (97-2003) file only.

1. This issue is not related to font color only. 
2. xls file used to have palette color info only. We are forced to use palette 
similar color and that is why the result color is not the same to the expected 
color.

handle XFExt and FullColorExt to support full color.
