Exception when not specified src or book to <spreadsheet>

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. start zssdemo
2. prepare a testing zul file without src neither book specified

<spreadsheet id="ss1" maxrows="20" maxcolumns="20" height="300px" width="100%"/>

3. visit the zul page

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect: Empty spreadsheet (no sheet at all, just like Excel without open any 
file)
Real: Exception said must specify src, etc.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
