Numbers in Text-cells are not treated as text (leading zero is removed) #300

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Format a cell as a text cell
2. set the Value '00010' by program into this cell
3. edit the cell

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
if edit the cell and only use numbers, the value is tranformed in a number 
value when I leave the cell.
For example '00015' becomes '15'.
I would expect that it stays '00015'

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.0.1, windows xp

Please provide any additional information below.
