Sizing row height the associated Merged area should sizing accordingly

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. start zssapp
2. open the uploaded merge.zul file (A1:B2 is a merged area)
3. sizing row 1, the merge area shall change accordingly
4. sizing row 2, the merge area shall change accordingly

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect: the merge area shall change accordingly
Real: The merge area does not change
