Highlight and document the available cheat codes to help new developers.

Something I was thinking about is to change so that enabling the Start debugging cheat would not require first typing in Let me cheat - it gets a bit tedious to have to type Let me cheat and then Start debugging right afterwards.. it would probably be better to just have Start debugging imply as if one had already typed Let me cheat right beforehand.

I don't recall, but can't one set the debug flag in the main Dune Legacy.INI file? That seems an obvious place for a flag like that.

Thanks, did not know about that ini file flag. That would make sense.

In my case I was mixing a regular playthrough with debugging sessions, so found it convenient to toggle a game run to a debugging-enabled run, hence manually activating it.

I'm not sure there is such a flag, but there probably should be. It would be simple enough to add.
