Starport Facilities are not available in single player scenario "All Against Atreides" #40

In campaign missions, Starports do work well. However in single scenario game~s, e.g. the~ "All Against Atreides" mission, Starports show a black UI panel that is also nonfunctional when attempting to click into it.

Double checked that campaign missions work well, e.g. Harkonnen mission 9:

Turns out that this is a bug with the "All Against Atreides" mission .INI file itself, and not other mission .INI files.
