Add a "add step/slide" button #5

Upon clicking on this button a window would appear allowing the user to insert x,y,z coordinates. By default it could position the new slide right after the slide the user selected.

I should note that there currently is a slide for adding a new slide. There's no dialog, it just creates a slide where the current camera position is.

It also copies the style (css classes) from the current slide and there's no way in the UI to change that.
