Adhere to PEP8 (I think).
Added rmate (Bash) and rmate (Ruby) as git submodules, so git clone --recursive will pull both down.
Added a README file, and merged a pull request mentioning Package Control (thanks to aristidesfl).
Allow files not in the current working directory to be opened, updated caveat in comment.
Add ssh-copy-rsub script (thanks to Leon Radley).
