Edit: nvm, works now ✨. No idea why, I didn't update anything.

Finally found a solution to my problem, maybe it's the same for everyone else. For some reason my Xcode install was messed up. You might be able to fix your issue by installing the Xcode command line tools:

xcode-select --install
