Localisation issue #1

Hello and thank you for your work. Using self image install for os 3.2.1 with kickstart 3.2.1 and classicwb3.9 I can't change language.all languages are show in Prefs but no change when you select any. Only way is to run 3.2 install floppy to reinstall language and after that copy 3.2.1 local floppy content to sys:locale. Then language switch to new one.

Btw this happens too with os 3.2.1 installation without any package!! Only English is available in Prefs/localisation

Good find and workaround to fix it. This sounds like ClassicWB OS39 is overwriting Amiga OS 3.2+ system files causing localication to not work properly. I will look into this with next release.

Not sure because I tried a 3.2.1 only install without any package and I had the same issue. This time only English was available in the locale application. All languages files were in the right folder.
