Starting HstWB Installer Run first time results in error #1

Searching for HstWB in Windows 10 using Windows Key and typing doesn't show HstWB Installer Setup as first result. Running eg. HstWB Installer Run after first time install will cause an error.

Running HstWB Installer Setup creates default setting files and other menu entries like HstWB Installer Run will return an error, if started without setting files exist. Menu entries should be changed to always start HstWB Installer Setup, if setting files doesn't exist.

To improve usability, next version of HstWB Installer will only have one menu entry in Windows Start Menu called HstWB Installer. This will show a launcher, which will automatically check if settings file exist and ensure setup is run for first time use to create default settings. The launcher will contain buttons to launch setup, run, extra, documentation and much more. hstwb_launcher
