Installing ClassicWB in 3.1 adds some 3.1.4 files and disables Scalos #35

Despite choosing OS 3.1 and Kickstart 3.1, Scalos gets disabled.

The startup-sequence also references 3.1.4 and it appears to try and patch the 3.1 ROMto 3.1.4 at boot but gets an error message (that disappears too quickly to read).
