From installation packages I selected ClassicWB Lite. And it installed fine. In WinUAE it says 1950Kb free chipram and all is fine there. But as soon as I connect the hard disk to a real Amiga 1200, chipmem is only reporting 1300Kb. I have kickstart 3.1 Roms installed in my A1200. Is it possible that kickstart 3.1.4 rom image is taking up the chipram memory?

This is not really a HstWB Installer related issue, but using Kickstart 3.1 roms with Amiga OS 3.1.4 will softkick 3.1.4 to ram and this could be the reason for low amount of chipram. Kickstart 3.1.4 will not be softkick with physical Kickstart 3.1.4 roms installed.
