Add check for WinUAE x86 and x64 versions #4

HstWB Installer Setup should check for both WinUAE x86 and x64 versions, when starting first time. Currently is only detects x86 version is installed.

WinUAE x86 is detected and used by default and will be updated to detect both x86 and x64 versions. Configure WinUAE allows changing WinUAE path to select a different WinUAE path like WinUAE x64.

Emulator support has been updated to support FS-UAE. HstWB Installer now will auto detect WinUAE x64, x86 and FS-UAE, if they are installed using emulators setup installers. A configure emulator menu allows selection between auto detected emulators and a custom emulator .exe selection, if emulators are not detected at default locations.
