I keep getting this error: Fail : Amiga OS 3.9 iso file, Amiga OS 3.2, 3.1.4 Workbench and Install Disk adf files, or Amiga OS 3.1 Workbench Disk adf file is required to run HstWB Installer!

I have an Amiga OS folder and I have subdirectories for 3.1.4, 3.2, 3.2.1 and 3.2.2 and when I run the setup it seems to detect everything properly but then when I go to run the installer I get the message about missing the Workbench and install disk ADF.

Is there somewhere else I need to copy them to?
