Support for HiDPI displays #23

This is different to #16 and #6. This issue is requesting support for HiDPI scaling in the patcher itself. It gets slightly blurry in scaled displays. I'm hoping this is as simple as updating the version of Windows Forms this is compiled against.

Check if it works better now. The latest version is compiled against .NET 4.7.2.

Sorry for the delay. I can confirm that v1.4.10 still doesn't seem to scale.
