Add different skin options for beta and non beta steam clients #28

Add a switch to the installer for people who are opted in to the steam beta.

To my understaneding, the installer is grabbing the latest skin including beta patches. This causes non-beta users' skin to break. (Example from discord: https://i.imgur.com/xUY3eO1.png) The feature will be helpful for people like me, who do not want to use the beta.

I know this might be hard and a lot to develop, but I hope you consider it.

For now this is the only time which unfortunately i couldn't make the unofficial patch work for both beta and non-beta. When the new settings will be out of beta it should get fixed by itself.

Meanwhile you can use the previous unofficial patch version. @henrikx Maybe instead of adding different branch options (since they won't actually fix the problem) you can add an option which let users pick what commit id or maybe release version (let me know if you want to stick with the release version so i we can add support for it in the installer repo as well )
