Use absolute paths for shell commands #61

Fixes problem where Heimdall would fail to build via Carthage invoked from a Run Script phase of another project, because Xcode doesn’t properly set the PATH for Run Script phases.

As this mainly affects Carthage, not pushing a new release for Cocoapods.
