Active Directory authentication #14

We have configured Windows 2K8 Active Directory authentication for or Google 
Apps

Using Sha1hexfltr we are syning password

we have implemented GAIL also.

My problem is the password changed by GAIL is not reflecting in our Active 
Directory.

Is there any possibilty for that.
