What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have GMAIL.COM Account. Created GAIL account using my GMAIL account instead
of my DOMAIN (which is a Google Business Account) Admin account. For sake of
argument, let's use the following to be clear:
Gmail = jeff@gmail.com
Business = jsmith@business.com
2. Wanted to invite jsmith@business.com to be an OWNER of the GAIL account so
that it wasn't just jeff@gmail.com. Jsmith@business.com get's the email to
confirm invitation
3. Jsmith@business.com does NOT get an ACCEPT or DECLINE Page using EITHER of
the URL's in the email, thus I cannot add jsmith@business.com as an OWNER of
the GAIL when I need to
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Jsmith@business.com should receive an ACCEPT or DECLINE GAIL website screen
where the user can accept the privileges or decline them.
User just gets the "create a Google Apps site" screen
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I just downloaded on 8/1/2011.
Please provide any additional information below.
I can't authenticate at all either, which I am wondering if it is because the
account was created with the jeff@gmail.com account and not the
jsmith@business.com account. Another reason I want to add this user. At the
moment, GAIL website comes up to authenticate, but will not allow
authentication.
