Hangs deo to SharedObject (Settings) data structure change #57

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Previously runs an early version (Probably r98)
2. Upgrade to a recent version (r106)
3. Pixus hangs when launch

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Doesn't hang.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
Probably due to some changes in the data structure of settings stored as 
SharedObject

Moved the options.pixusWindow default value initialization from pixus.as to 
pixusShell.as
