Request: add namespace options to envelope #9

While the namespace is set in the body, it is not set (and made available) in 
the envelope headers.

i.e. I would like to have the option to send:

 <SOAP-ENV:Envelope
    ...
    myfancynamespace:s1="http://mydomain.com">

An even simpler (and more flexible option would be to allow for editing for raw 
request and 
sending that (edited) over the wire.
