cuke4vs + specflow crashes VSTS2008

HI,

We are using Specflow and tried to use cuke4vs. Every time if we I'm trying to edit .feature files VSTS 2008 is crashing.

Below my configuration.

I am also experiencing this, although it seems to be when a feature file is open in the IDE and the project/solution reloads due to source control update. As you can see from the dump below it is a FileNotFoundException.
