Onboarding - Super Dev

We need to implement the administrator account creation, because:

• He will modify all the aspects of the service gived.
• He can add and delete users as it wants.
• Can restrict access of the logs or dev traces on the system

I would be look beautiful, I love to do this service

But, for do this, we need a set of tasks to do:

• [ ] Add GitHub and GitLab OAuth providers for get the username (or, maybe we can only ask its username of what provider it is
• [ ] Talk with the tutor for know what to do here, I can integrate github or gitlab for that but it would be more complex
• [ ] The Super Dev account must be ALWAYS Linked with github or gitlab because we need the access for clone the repos.
