Add config option for the API port #15

As suggested in henry-spanka/freeathome-api#5, we should add an option that allows the user to set a custom port for the API. Additionally we may default to the new API port (8081) (in a new major version as this is a breaking change).

Obsolete now that we don't use the web socket anymore.
