super_resolution_demo Bug - [VPU] Internal error #11

When Using the demo with single-image-super-resolution-0063 There's an error

Layer Name: 117/InstanceNormalization/MVN Layer type: MVN in our kernel we use const value 1e-9f . Actual = 1e-05
