參考PTT的看板人氣顏色去做git star的多寡判定指標

@tpai 原 PTT 的配色在網頁上不甚明顯，能否考慮其他配色？

在考慮說要不要用三種配色就好顏色太多反而難辨識

1000 綠 5000 藍 10000 紅

然後再加個底色應該就會明顯許多了

沿用原來的 green, blue 和 red？
