Support selecting no apps to handle media buttons #14

Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 9 years ago

A couple of users have emailed me asking for the ability to do nothing when
media buttons are pressed. Now that we have app hiding in preferences, we
should handle the case where users have hid every app by doing nothing on media
button presses (unless music is playing, then stay out of the way).

What do you mean by "app hiding". I would like to delete many of the apps that
appears in the "apps to show in the selector" section. Does app hiding allow me
to do that and if so how?

My problem is even though I check MOG as my app, something is changing this to
Slacker or other when all I ever want to use is MOG.
