I need from you text phrases in English to be announced.

Em. All you need is download the demo voice pack from http://www.curse.com/addons/wow/vem-sound-demo . All the voice text in English and instructions are there. Also if you'd like to translate the text warnings/options/etc for the whole addon, you may find all kinds of localization.en.lua in each VEM module folder, for example, VEM-SiegeOfOrgrimmar/localization.en.lua and you can copy those ones as your RU language base. Rename the file to localization.ru.lua and put the following line on the top of the file.

if GetLocale() ~= "ruRU" then return end

Then you can start translating. Once you done just post here or do a pull request if you use github.

Also if you have any questions you may post here. Sorry I don't use any of the ICQ, VK, or FB. lol.
