no pull timers #4

No pull timers from DBM & Big Wigs showing up. Tested in flex mode.

Please make sure in your /vem -> options -> Global & spam filters you're not blocking the pull timers. I was in flex SoO yesterday and it works fine for me.

I only had blocking pull timers not sent from the same zone checked and I stood next to the person sending the pull timer. Anyway I unchecked it, tested with BigWigs pulltimer outside an instance and it worked, so my guess is that the zone check is somewhat flawed.
