Create the Arrays for Muscles:Exercises (1:Many) #9

We need a way to store the link between muscles and exercises. Several options:

Pandas DataFrame: Each Key is a muscle with an array of exercises
List of tuples: Each tuple contains (group, muscle, exercise). Group is potentially redundant as a muscle can never be in 2 groups
Dataclasses: One Dataclass where each entry is Muscle: List[Exercises]. Another where each entry is Group: List[Muscle]

You will need arrays for all Muscles:Exercises and the Muscles:Exercises hit
