Thanks Joshua! I don't actually use this technique for my podcast, and instead use Descript :) Descript itself uses Google Cloud Speech to Text underlying link.

Hello, thank you for cool overview! I'm trying to automate this for [my blog] (https://mrhack.io) -> I record a podcast on Anchor.fm - it has m4a format (using Zapier) - then upload it to GC, transcribe (using Pipedream) -> and upload to blog (Zapier). I can't get Pipedream request work for Google Cloud...
