add hover effects to elements #12

for projects section, when hovering over the screenshots of projects, there should be a slow zoom-in as well as saturation animation. also show buttons to live demo and source code.

for skills section, when hovering over each icon, size should increase and there should be colours / animations (eg react one should start spinning)
