What needs to be done:

Before I send it to Larry, can you guys find out if your teacher has letterhead for your school that we could use to make the letter look more professional?

@callahantiff Right now we are all in Arizona getting ready for our cross country race. Our teacher said that she would have to be the one using it on our behalf. We can’t use it on our own. We will look over the draft tonight and let you know if it sounds good

The week before this we had an incredibly successful presentation to our class on our project and everyone is interested in our topic. But the bottom line is we think the email draft looks good and we are ready to work through the final details of sending it out. What else do we need to figure out for the email?

That's great news! I am so glad to hear that it went well! 🎉

The next step is to gather the information needed to create a customized version of the email draft for each of the websites. Once that is done, you can start sending out the emails. Does that make sense?
