Cleanup existing GQL queries #7

Hey, I raised a PR a while ago that swapped to GQL - but I done it in an ugly way.

It's been eating at my conscience the last few months so for my own sanity I raised this PR.

I ran this locally and confirmed both worked, but might be worth you trying too as a sanity check.

Also love seeing the progress you're making with this project, good job!

Oh thanks, I'd actually spent a bit trying to simplify this (especially when writing the new user -> videos query) but could never get it. Guess I wasn't experienced enough with JS to know of JSON.stringify
