Having the detached gpg signature named correctly helps GUI applications such as GPA or Kleopatra.

simplewall.sig need to be renamed too?

@henrypp as a1346054 write to: simplewall-3.0.3-setup.exe.sig

This is required for every new binary / changed file name

The main key file with public key doesn't need a name change
