[Bug] 14-02-2024 internal rules update loop stuck portable

Steps to reproduce

1. Have the portable version of simplewall (not sure if this also applies to the installed version)
2. Search for updates. Internal Rules 14-02-2024 will pop up
3. Install it.
4. Close Simplewall (right click on icon in taskbar und "exit" it)
5. run simplewall again and search for updates. again, 14-02-2024 will popup as an update

Expected behavior

Install Update properly

Actual behavior

I am not sure whether the update is instaled or not, but every time I exit simplewall-portable and run it again, the same update appears again.

I think it solved itself by now. Gonna close this. Thanks for fixing it (I suppose it was a server-side or versioning/tagging issue?).

EDIT: But the "profile_internal.xml" which is in the portable folder now after that update, doesn't seem to be used, since I can just move it around while SW is still turned on. What do I do with this file? is it obsolete now and I shall delte it?
