Steps to reproduce
Under 'User rules' tab, Apps: section under a built-in rule. I've hit the end, guessing it's 100-200 character limit. I've taken a screenshot to demonstrate.
Edit: Sorry for any possible confusion, the issue is about the mouse-over pop-up.
Expected behavior
I expect it to display everything, within reason, mind you.
Actual behavior
As you'll see in the screenshot, it chops off when it hits the character limit.
